Kids love bouncy houses (yes we have done one before) and super easy as the activity for the kids.  This was our first drop off party (where the parents don't stay for the party).  To be honest it was WAY easier than a party where the parents stick around.  You don't have to have nearly as much food and you can really just focus on hosting rather than socializing and making sure the parents are taken care of too.  

I just decorated the kids table (IKEA) and my oldest helped me make shields for the kids to take home.
